Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Returns

• Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
• Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
• Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
• Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
• Pokemon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.
• Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return's policy.

Errors on Orders / Shortages

We do our utmost to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with the packing in the warehouse. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 3 working days receiving the shipment of such error, we will then put any problem right. If we do not hear from you within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted the goods received are correct.

The primary reason for this clause is in cases of mistakes, most can be rectified by contacting the driver or courier company, after a longer period of time it is almost impossible to get any meaningful help as to what has transpired.

If after a longer period of time, there is available irrefutable proof of the shortage, such as a courier weight measurement, we will of course do the correct thing and make sure any error on our part is corrected.

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Playground Collectables protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Playground Collectables disclose the information it collects to outside parties? Playground Collectables does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Playground Collectables.Playground Collectables may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Playground Collectables may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of [Company Name], our users, or others.
